Topper Entertainment videos was founded by aka Cecil Hicks, an entrepreneur, artist, music producer, and human rights activist. There are just a few things in the world more important to me than being a voice for human rights, I believe everyone should be allowed to speak their mind in an insightful, clear, and uncensored broadcast or social media platform. I grew up with a deep and interesting past and have reached a point in my life where I feel the need to share my experiences and put forth the wisdom I've gained in the streets and in the corporate environment . Having experienced many walks of life I have become the man I am today. Above all, I am molded by the things I have seen, experinced and of course the were a part of. I've taken many risk in my life and I don't regret any of my decisions. Join me on this journey into uncharted territory as I speak my mind.
